Where Did the Weight Go?

During the freeze-drying process, we gently remove over 95% of the moisture from our fruits and sauces, leaving behind all the natural flavor, color, and nutrients, but none of the water.

That’s why our snacks are so light and crisp, they may weigh a lot less than fresh fruit, but they’re packed with the same delicious goodness in every bite!
